FAQ's

What happens after I place my order?
You will be sent a confirmation email which includes details of your order as well as a follow-up email to let you know when it is ready for shipment or pick up.
You will also be able to track your parcel through this email.
 
What happens if I don't receive my order confirmation?
If you have placed an order but have not yet received an order confirmation and invoice email, please check your junk mail or spam folder in your email software. It could be possible that your order was not processed correctly, your email wasn't put through correctly or that payment has not gone through yet. You can check your account information on the BeautyXtd website or contact us for more.
 
Can I cancel my order after I've submitted it?
All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packaged - once packaged a 15% re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.
 
I forgot my password, what do I do now?
If you don't know or have forgotten your password, head to the login link and click the 'Forgotten Password' link. Enter your email address and we'll send you another.
 
How do I enter a Promo code?
Once you have added all items to your cart, and you are ready for payment, click the checkout button on the right panel and it will take you to payment method, where you can place your promo code in the 'discount' section.
Can I send to multiple addresses?
No, we are not able to split shipments. You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to multiple destinations.
 
What about Stock availability?
We are always adding to our website to give you the best, however, if we don't have an item in stock that you are looking for, you can send an email out to  customerservice@lashxtendbeauty.com.au  for more information on the product.
   
My order has not arrived. How do I track my delivery?
You are able to track your delivery - Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number.

I received my online order but I have changed my mind. Can I return my item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or price comparisons.
 
What if there is a missing or incorrect item in my order?
We take full responsibility for an incorrect item and will replace the item with no extra shipping cost. Read more on our shipping and returns page.
I'm looking for stock of a particular item.
You are able to search using the search function. You can search by product code, description or colour. If you still aren't having any luck, please contact us.
